The integrated curriculum has profoundly changed how I approach decision-making as a leader. Instead of focusing narrowly on a few issues, I now analyze decisions from multiple perspectives—considering competitors, workforce dynamics, investors, and societal implications.
Preparing for my summer internship, I practiced with consulting cases that required me to take all stakeholders into account. I could already see how my ability to integrate different perspectives had improved.
